Help Needed with skills - Guild Wars Forums

I have purchased the complete core skill pack and i can't seem to find the Gold Elite skills with any of the skill sellers or the other skills for that matter any idea how i get them.

elites can only be capped from bosses using a Signet of Capture. Purchasing the core pack just makes them available for your heroes and you pvp chars.

The Gold Skills are called Elite skills, and you cannot buy them from skills trainers, you have to either capture them from bosses using a capture signet, or buy an Elite Tome from someone and use that to unlock the Elite.
